Default YET another LIFT question DAYSTAR

HI FRIENDS, DAYSTAR has a combo lift which consists of a 1" body lift & 1 3/4 spring spacers I'm assumin just front could be wrong, anyways it claims 2 3/4 of total lift, anyone try it ?

would it be worth it for a 98% daily driver or would the ride quality drop

I don't have any experience with body lifts or spacers only spring lifts which is why I'm asking, saw this on Quadratec's web site

I have Daystars 1 3/4 inch budget boost spacers. They actually gave me 2 inches of lift.
