Default 33" toyo m/t tire pressure help

I just replaced my old 33x12.5" MT ATZs with Toyo open country m/t's - 33/11.5/17 (295/70R/17) (load E) and am trying to find a good tire pressure to run them at... I have a 2007 2 door JK with stock bumper and am currently still running a 2" skyjacker budget boost with stiff nitro shocks... I have found 27 psi cold to be alright but still am not sure what is ideal for this tire.. I'm looking for the most comfortable ride that can also handle etc... I did a chalk test and found 27 cold/30 hot to work... I also live and drive in NYC but go north and commute east a lot .. What are others running on this tire/ setup or recommend?

The tire shop installed mine at 35psi. I found the handling to be significantly improved on the road at 40 psi, although you may lose some comfort.

I run mine at 28 cold and that does the trick for me. Since you have already done a chalk test, just play around with the numbers a little and see how it drives. It sounds like you are close to where you need to be

I'm at about 32-33 psi for that exact same size in the Toyo's. But the best idea is to just do a chalk test and see what works for you.
