Default anyone running ripp headers without the tune

Ive been really wanting the ripp headers. Only thing is I have a 2011. so that means yes theres headers, but no tune. Now from the emails Ive gone back and forth with the guys at ripp states that the JK gains about 25hp and 30lb ft without the tune. So a few questions.
whats the overall gain with the headers and tune?
Who's running them on a 2011 without a tune?
Or if anyone wants to comment on how they like them without the tune.
Thanks

Here's the link with a dyno:

Stock HP: Brown Run #001 is the original HP the truck made when we first got it, it produced 130-/+ rear wheel HP
Bolt on header no tune: Blue Run #003 is the same run in the video used in the Before tuning. It produced 145-/+ rear wheel HP and touched 175ft/lbs of Torque.
Header and RIPP Tune: Purple Run #010 is the same run we made in the video which we narrated yesterday. That produced the 230ft/lbs of torque and 180+ rear wheel HP...

Dirty Box -

I just ordered the rpmextreme ECU / Diablo / TB kit. Haven't got I yet.
No issues with codes, codes with headers?
Did Jon make a custom tune for your setup?

Thanks!

I was already running the new PCM with the 93 octane tune from diablosport when I installed the headers. I initially kept the factory muffler. Got the first and only code for insufficient catalysis, using Jon's pcm. Installed a hushpower 2 muffler and haven't seen that code yet. Better cat back flow and it doesn't sound like a weedwacker anymore.

Thanks. Once I get the package from rpmext, I'll see how it goes and may move to the Ripp headers. I'll have to add a hushpower to my MBRP cat-back. Ripp doesn't recommend the MBRP alone. Maybe even have Jon do a new tune for me. Thanks for the info.

I spent a few summers hanging out at Horseneck Beach back in the day!

Excellent to hear - we maintain that the RIPP headers are a killer mod and more people should take advantage of them... Usually that level of header is only seen in modern muscle cars... We put a lot of R&D time in those for clients who wanted to stay NA -

Thank you. Once I get the rpmextreme kit and test, I'll look into this next.
