Looks nice. He told me they were going to recess his bolts. Hard to tell in this picture but are they recessed?

I don't think they are recessed. They look like they are inside a raised cone shaped washer.
But it does look nice.

We just got done installing this same set up on a 4 door JK and it is very nice. works very good.

Yes it is available look for it on our site in the next few days.

Does the gas tank skid go on overtop the stock skid? Easy install?

Yes, over the stock skid.

Puddlz did the install, so we'll have to wait for him to chime in on the difficulty factor.
