I have two clear bags in the center console that have been opened. Don't know what they are.
One says keep in vehicle for customer use M18633491B4
Other looks like part number P68069 or 521AA

Got a unlimited dual top,
It came with 4 Jeep grab handles (not the velcro one, but the buckle ones), 2 coat hooks, 2 bags for hard top front panels, softtop stuff, cheap floor mats, two sided mat for the rear area, 2 keys, owners paperwork and dvd, pouch, front license plate screws but no bracket

 

I think I found one of them was the bag key, but no one knows what the other bag is

 

Do grab handles come with the jeep? I don't think I have them. I did get those two empty plastic bags.

From what I understand, it depends on your model for what you'll get. I got a sport model so I didn't get handles or hangers. All I got was 2 Velcro straps for using the "sunroof" on my soft top, and 2 elastic bands that snap to the soft top to allow rolling up the rear window.

 

My 2011 Sport Unlimited only came with a bag of screws for the license plate, owners manual/DVD and carpeted floor mats. Didn't even have the straps for the softtop.

 

When I got mine in 2008, I had to all but steal the floor mats. The salesman did everything he could to keep from giving them to me. I didn't get any handles or clothes hooks in mine either and I got a Sahara. I feel lucky that I got an engine included in the thing.

 

My 2012 Sahara JKU came with the 4 buckle grab handles, 2 coat hooks, the freedom top bags, the keys, DVD/manual, the cheapie carpet floor mats and the reversible back cargo mat and surprisingly a set of 5 locking lugs. The empty bags were stuffed in the console and the grab handles/hooks were still in a bag in the glovebox. I didn't get a key for the freedom top bags that was mentioned in earlier post.
