Bolt Pattern
Just as a heads up, it's a little harder to measure bolt pattern for a 5 bolt pattern than it is a 6 because you don't really have two bolts that are directly across from one another.
In order to measure a 5 bolt pattern you need to measure from the dead center of one lug nut/bolt hole (depending on whether your measuring the axle or the wheel) to the FARTHEST edge of the opposite bolt/hole in order to better approximate the actual bolt hole pattern.
Also i know the bolt hole pattern on my 03 F-150 was 5"x135mm which is something like 5"x5.3"
i know the pattern changed at some point during the run of that body style but i don't think it was ever 5"x5" although i could be wrong.

The bolt pattern or bolt circle is the diameter of an imaginary circle formed by the centers of the wheel lugs. A bolt circle of 5 on 5 would indicate a 5 lug pattern on a circle with a diameter of 5".
