Default TeraFlex big brakes kit who has it? Is it worth it?

I'm getting ready to bump from 33's to 35's. I'm already taxing my stock brakes with 33s. I've been thinking about the TeraFlex big brake upgrade kit when I go to 35s. It includes new rotors and bigger calipers for the front. If you have installed this mod, what do you think about it? Did your braking performance increase noticeably? Does it fit with 16 inch wheels?

My biggest concern is that I drive in stop-n-go rush hour traffic daily where people cut me off regularly. I need to be able to stop pretty quick sometimes no matter how much room I leave for myself. Some Yahoo will always jump in front of me then stomp on their brakes.
Thanks.

Does tereflex have these for the rear, or are they only necessary for the front?
