Default PR44 and D60 with 38s-40s thoughts?

I'm currently running a pr44 with chromoly shafts in the front of my jeep. I'm on 37s now but no when these wear out I'm gonna want to go bigger. I have chromoly shafts in the rear with a Detroit now. I'm thinking about swaping out the rear 44 when I get ready for new meats. Ive looked at the currie RJ60 for the rear as well as the dynatrac trail serious 60 I no I can do the RJ60 with 5x5 bolt pattern so I wouldn't have to change my current wheels. My only consern with the pr44 is mainly the unit bearings with big tires. My 2 door is going to be fairly light I'm going to run PSC full line of bfh bumpers I like a light weight rig. I would also swap out the chromoly shafts in the pr44 for rcvs. How does this setup sound to some of you guys? My main concern is keeping this thing FULLY streetable I don't have a truck or trailer so I have to drive my jeep to the trails sometimes this maybe anywhere from 500-1000 miles round trip. I know I know I should have done tons the first time. Any suggestions, ideas, complaints, advice is more than welcome!

PM sent.

The front axle shafts (even with RCVs) will be your failure point with bigger tires. I've talked to guys that have broken RCVs with 38s but they were also on heavier JKUs. It's not the best situation but it might work with an a reasonble driving style and a willingness to use the winch.
