At what lift point are new shocks required?

The 2007 2 door X I recently purchased already had a 2.5" BB installed. Looks like the factory shocks are still in place though. With the extra weight of the new front bumper and winch and aftermarket rear bumper and tire carrier I lose a bit of that lift. I will guess I am riding 2.0"ish above stock height. (38" from ground to bottom of stock fender flare).
At what point do I need to go with longer shocks? The ride seems to be OK yet.
Off road I will disconnect the sway bar so I will get more droop. Will the stock shock be OK with that or is this where the longer shock will be needed (for the extra travel)?
Thanks!..

Will the sagging get worse over time? I assume it will. I will keep an eye on it and address that accordingly.
My build sheet specs the coils as heavy duty coils. Maybe that will buy me some time?
