Default Rims and spacers n such...

Currently have 18's on my '07 JK, which I picked up used 3 years ago. It already had a 2" Skyjacker budget boost.

Due for new tires soon and want to change out my 18's for 16's. Mainly for a newer, fresher look. Thinking some blacked out Soft 8's and I'd like to run at least a 33" tire, probably some BF Goodrich All Terrains.

Help me out. Due I need spacers or anything like that? Or is it as simple as buying smaller wheels and bigger tires?

Thanks in advance

It will really depend on the width of the tire. If you get the rims with 4.5" of back spacing than you should be fine and no spacers needed...
