Are you talking about truck bed liner? That is what a lot of people use.

Default flat black paint

its the flat black paint that is maybe rubberized a little and used on the lower parts of cars/trucks that see a lot of splash and off road stuff.

There is also the Rubberized Undercoating in Rustoleum and Duplicolor and several other brands. For the underneaths.
