Default Old Man Emu 2" suspension lift

OK I have no clue as to what else I would need if I put this lift on my 2012 2dr sport
Are there other things (linkages, track bars, etc) I would have to buy too?

Talk to Dave at Northridge4x4.com. He'll steer you straight. The short answer to your question is: yes. You need more than springs and shocks.

Which package were u thinking? Heavy duty, medium?? There is also a write up on project-jk that u can follow except for the variations you'll encounter with the exhaust on the '12

The kit should come with everything you need which is just bump stop extensions and a rear panhard relocation bracket

It depends which spring rate he goes with and how much lift he actually gets out of it

If you purchase through an ARB distributor they should "tune" a kit for you based on your vehicle and what you have on it. As an example there are about a dozen spring combinations for the JK. You could choose to go heavy duty springs to get a little extra lift (maybe up to 3 inches total) but if you not have the weight on the vehicle to require heavy duty springs you will end up with a harsh ride and will probably reduce your wheel travel on compression. I'm in the process of upgrading my front OME springs to heavy duty as I'm about to install a winch. Stick with the ARB recommendations and you will be very happy with the result.

Sorry forgot to mention that if not already done I would recommend you install some JKS quicker disconnects also. Will allow you to bring your sway bar back horizontal plus the added advantage of much more off road front articulation when disconnected.
