Default My brakes have squeaked ever since i regeared both axles

As of this post, I have installed new pads all the around. The brakes didn't squeak for a day. Now they squeak without the brakes being applied before it was the opposite. Can anyone help?

Are u sure the Caliper slides are free from binding and smooth??
Did u use a wire brush on the bracket where the pads ride to get rid of the buildup??

Pads done at the same time the gears were done? Rotational squeak? Does it increase with speed? Also did you grease the slide pins, pad guides/clips and backside of the pads? Where any of the clips that sit in the caliper loose? Also, are you sure you install the clips in the correct orientation? They have to be installed with the nub facing away from the rotor. There is also a clip on one of the pads(inner by piston, sounder clip) that must be installed correctly aswell.

Gears were done last year. Pads installed yesterday. Squeak is the same with new pads as the old pads.
