I have a "07' 2 door 6 SPEED with Rustys 2" coils JKS adjustable track bars and longer sway bar links in the front, 35" BFG'S. Very happy with the ride. I know the coils give you more than 2' of lift , After adding my rugged ridge front and rear bumpers and 35' tire on the rear i knew i would lose some lift, I have 1' teraflex spacers in stock for the front and rear, cannot decide to install them or not i will be around that 3' mark and dont really want to change drive shafts . I did not keep track of actual lift before and after adding the bumpers. How critical is this 3' lift mark before needing a drive shaft ??
Thanks for any info. experiances and opinions .
Jim

if you really have 3" of lift or more and if you have a 6-speed, you will not need a front drive shaft right away. being that you have a 2-door, you'll definitely need one sooner than later and you will need to get adjustable rear upper control arms to set your pinion angle. the good news is that you'll have some time to save up but, as soon as you start to see grease spitting out of the cv boot, your time will be up. your front shaft should last longer but, you should keep an eye on it too.
