Hello all. Just wanted to say hi to the JK community as a new member. Just purchased a new 12 Sahara unlimited last week, brought her home and started ordering some parts to get her looking better. Just a quick question, after I installed the 2.5" Teraflex spring lift yesterday and did some checking the articulation using a floor jack. Look like the front brake lines become the limiting straps after several inches of jacking it up. Any tips or relocation brackets for the front?

Anyway, thanks everybody for any thoughts on my setup. Dropped in a couple pictures of the before and after.

-Bryan

Off to a great start. I opted for a set of Crown extended brake lines.

i never seen those stock sahara rims, are they 2012's? I seen the same ones that were on the older Saharas. I think the first rims set off the black paint a bit better, but the lift looks good. Those are the aftermarket rims i've wanted since 2007.

Yeah, its straight off the showroom last week. Thinking of selling the stockers as I am out of room in the garage. They look great just wished they were black and I wouldn't have bought the rockstars.

Welcome...

I have a 2011 2DR and installed the tereflex 2.5 lift also.
I had to slightly bend my front brake lines to get the flex I needed.
I looked very hard and did a few full flexes and it's enough.
I installed it a yr ago and have been off road many times. No issues..
the other fix is to buy longer brake lines.

Excellent, I started to bend on them a little but got nervous I would screw something up. I will try to get them setup like yours.

trust me I looked very hard at this in several different setups before I told myself it was good.

If I go to any other setup I will need to upgrade the lines.
