I'm thinking to lift up 2.5 in my jeep.

I know AEV, TERAFLEX, synnergy. which one is the best?

I went with teraflex coil lift with shocks, i just got it today and it's still sitting on the coffee table in a box still, but from what I've read you really can't go wrong with any 2.5 lift... Rock krawler, old man emu, aev, teraflex, all solid choices...
