Default Tires rubbing on my 3.5 RK lift on front LCA...

So i took the day out of work to do my install of my RK 3.5 Flex, everything went really well but now my front tires rub on the LCA'sat full turn. Im running AEV pitlers and no spacers with 35 x 12.5 x 17. Is this normal? The one issue i can see is at the axle end where the heim joint connects. I have the lubrication access plug facing down on both sides but the space on both sides of the heim is different slightly. I can fit my finger between the diff ear and the heim on one side but not the other on both LCA's. I could flip the heim over for 1/8 inch more clearance, but that would alter my caster. I had the alignment done and lock tited all the jam nuts.... is my install right? do i have to run spacers for clearance? i dont really want to because then the tires will stick out way past the flares. i guess i can adjust the steering bump stops with washers, but what do you guys think? this is my first lift.

thanks!

maybe this will help you guys out with my problem. this is a pic of where the lca bolts to the front axle. Notice the heim joint is spaced differently on both sides. After my alignment i noticed that the two lca's are different, meaning that the larger gap is on different sides on both passenger and drivers side... does this matter? it rubs turning both ways, whats the best solution? thanks!
