Default Frame bolt on shackle mounts

I picked up a mopar off road skid plate, it has slots to mount shackle tabs to the frame, and was wondering if anyone has seen these? I am not talking about the four bolt frame mount shackle, these appear to be some sort of flange that bolts to the side section of the frame with a shackle point on the bumper side of the skid plate. Any ideas what part?

I couldnt find the actual Mopar part, but i would assume it would be similar the ones AEV makes with their bumpers. They are brackets that just bolt on the side of the frame and stick out through the skid plate. It would be easy to make some if you have access to 1/2" steel and tools to work with it.

ok, i just found the mopar explanation for those slots in the skid plate... Mopar says "Features holes for tow bar mounts". And looking at the "Tow Bar Mounts", I would try to find something stronger like the AEV brackets.
