i have read a few complaints about the powder coating or whatever peeling off. has this happened to all? is possible to bed liner over it?

 

Have you tried to contact rugged ridge about it yet? They might just send you replacements for warranty. Its worth a shot. Mention your on the forum too and it might really help! And angry customer on the forum can reach alot of people, and i'm sure they wont want that.
