I really like the look of a basic, functional bumper and the Olympic front rock bumper is a great looking piece. I was wondering if it might be possible to use one of these bumpers (without the tow hook) with a winch plate that would sink the winch below the bumper and if I customized the bumper by cutting it and installing a fairlead I would get a functioning winch that sits below the grill behind the bumper. This bumper has provisions for the factory fog lights so I am curious to know if any of you who have this bumper or have seen this bumper think it would be possible. Ideally I would be able to retain the fog lights and install the winch behind the bumper too. Also does anyone make a skid plate that would work with this bumper?

Anyone have any thoughts on this? I have attached a pic of the bumper.

 

I have this bumper and adapted the Ares JK winch plate to mount my winch, which sits in front of the radiator, not flush with the frame rails. Ill add a photo later. This was before Olympic released their own winch plate, see website, that positions the winch in same location as mine.
