Alright-my idea is to grind down each side of bumper bracket to fit... do as evenly as possible on both sides- get longer bolts....

someone please give me a better idea

You could (or have someone) cut off the plate off the end of the square tube, knock a 1/4" or what ever the thickness of the sway bar mount material is off the square tubing and then re weld them on. Either way cutting is gonna be involved if you want those two to play properly....

It looks like longer bolts and a new end bracket might be in order. I'm currious though because I have the same swaybar disco and I'm looking to put a new bumper on in the near future.

that bar is the rear support for the winch. i wouldn't modify it without making sure that you still have a tie-in to the frame there. not sure if you can get away with lopping off the higher bolts and half the brackets for the swaybar, though. personally, i'd rather cut that an the bumper's winch mount.

its either that or get a new bumper.

Not gonna weld the bumper on... This is a temp one im just putting on till I eventually get a new one.

How am I going to know if a bumper is going to work with this sway bar? I looked at both teraflex and quadratec websites and neither mentioned anything about not fitting with one another.
