When I logon to my SC and the screen for "my Account" comes up, it is only a partial screen, and I can not go beyond this screen or do anything on it....this has gone on since I have had my SC Flashpac....many calls to them have not provided me with any solutions....typical response is "we are looking into it" this has gone on now for months....I like the tuner and would like to add the "advanced trans tune" feature but cannot get past the "my account" screen problem....anyone else with this problem an have found a solution????

 

The only thing Incan think of is to make sure your PC is completely up to date (flash, windows updates, etc.) it could easily be a weird update file missing, or even one that's too new...

 

I would try and remove the Superchips software and re-install it

 

I had this problem a few months ago. Remove the software and shortcut icon from your computer and re-download it. The new shortcut icon will be gray, should look different from the old shortcut icon. Create a new account and everything should work properly. I spoke with a tech at superchips who said there server went down and they lost all their customers personal accounts. Hope this helps.
