I get the same thing on my 2008. It will most likely go away when you get those doors off.
The forum consensus is that it is the door latch and clasp moving. There is a thread about it and a simple fix by wrapping the the latch bar with electrical tape. I just searched but cant find the thread. I will give it another try later when I'm on a computer vs. the phone though.
Enjoy the 2012!

Take it to the dealer and have them fix it.

also, you will definitely get some flack about this because you posted this question in an area completely unrelated to rattles and noises. Just an FYI for the future.

Bring it to the dealer or put some electrical tape around the door hinge

Thanks for the pic! I have the same rattle and was coming to the same conclusion about the latch. Will have to try it.

BTW--is there a separate thread or whatever for Rattles and Odd Noises?
