Rear Drive Shaft Replacement
I plan to replace my rear drive shaft. No problems with it yet and want to keep it that way. I have a TF 3" lift on a 2011 2-door. I presently have spring wedges to take the bow out.
After installing an aftermarket CV style shaft and setting pinion angle, will the wedges be enough or will I need to relocate the perches?
Any problems with the rear sway bar links hitting the shock brackets or trackbar brackets?
Thank you!

I just replaced my fr/rr with Tom Woods 1310's, although the shafts work well I think it is a poor design, first of all, you have to replace the diff yoke with the Tom Wood custom once (fr/rr). Tom Wood did away with the seal protection of the yokes to the diff, bad idea. I am wheeling a lot in sand and swamp and both front, mid and rr seals are all damaged. OK not leaking (as yet) but TW just took away the dust/mud/dirt cover, claiming that their tolerances are far better. Tolerances my bum.....I need mud/grass protection....:crazy eyes:
Also if you wheel a lot in sand and water/grass the open CV design is not very good, every time I have to clean and regrease the CV joints, thinking about putting some kind of sleeve around the CV joints......again did TW really think through the design......
My two cents
