Default Write up for swapping Sport Coils and Shocks with Rubicon?

Is there a write up for swapping springs and shocks from my stock sport ones to a JKUR? Or, does someone feel like providing detailed instructions? I've searched the forum and I'm not having much luck finding anything. Both the jeep and the new shocks and springs are 2012.

Thanks

Mike

Thanks again everyone. I used that walk through and it worked wonderfully. 2"+ in the front and just under 2" I'm the back (although it took me twice as long, probably just because I lack extensions for my sockets). I'll post picks soon. Any questions, pm me or add the thread.
