Default opinions on lifts

Ok fellas,

First off let me just say I have done a ton of research on this and been through a ton of forums. I finally decided I should just post this and see what you guys suggest.

I have a 2012 JKU Sahara. I currently have 33in duratracs on stock suspension. My dealer said they offer three lifts:

2 inch mopar aka Superlift - $2600 <-- im considering this since I already have 33s and price is in my range
3 inch fox lift $4000
4 inch mopar / superlift - $3200

With all three lifts the jeep dealership said they guarantee full warranty coverage by jeep.

heres where it gets tricky. Desert rat, a local 4x4 place said they offer a 3inch teraflex (which they recommend over the superlift) for $1400 - $1900 if I choose to go to a non cv front drive shaft which again they recommend. Even if I do the drive shaft with the kit its less expensive than the warrantied jeep lifts.

From research, I hear the teraflex is way better, is it worth possibly voiding the warranty for this or is the superlift+ warranty worth the price?

What do you guys think??

Thanks!!

I've been reading everything I can find on lifts and tire size...$2,600 sounds a little high, but if it definitely saves your warranty I see some extra value in that

With your stock jk and the 33's do you get any rubbing? You added the 33's yes?

Yeah dealer had em put on. For daily driving i get no rubbing. If i turn the wheel all the way to the right it rubs slightly on sway bar but ive learned my limit. I think the 2 or 3 inch lift will be perfect for the 33s but im torn over the extra $1000 to keep warranty.

Show the dealer how much comparable lifts cost and see if they'll come down on there price. They should at least offer 10% discount if you bought the jeep there.

$2600.00 , waaaay to much for a 2" Lift. There are better way's to go for less money.
