I Know winches are built to pull thousands of pounds at a slow speed, but is there any winch capable of pulling say 200 pounds at 20 mph? I live near a lake, and I have seen trucks pulling water skiers with some sort of winch hooked to the front. Does anyone know how this would be possible? Thank you.

Haha I'm looking for one that can be mounted onto a winch bumper. I've seen it done, I'm just not sure if you can buy one stock that can do it, or whether I'd need to mod one.
