Default New Teraflex Rear upper Bumpstop question

I have a RK 3.5" lift with 1" spacers. I also have the evo lower skids installed that raise the rear shocks almost 2". With Bilstien 5100's for a 4" + lift I am ripping my ebrake cables out of the mounts and at full flex by 4-5" lift brake lines are taunt! I have the rear lower TF bump stop that comes with the 2.5" lift and it is just too short. The new rear uppers are said to be for a 4" lift but are only 2" in length? Are they supposed to work in conjunction with the TF lower 2.5" bumpstop?

Did you unbolt the parking brake cables from the tub mount above the drive shaft? Why do you think your bottom stop extensions are too short? Are your shocks bottoming? What size tires are you running?

I have KM2 35's. You can see in the pic that the ESP and my extended brake lines are maxed out. On the other side the bump stop is about 2-3" from hitting the pad.

Shocks still have more travel, and no the ebrake is not unbolted from the tub. Remember, The Evo skids raise the lower shock mount 2" giving the shock more travel.

You need to unbolt the parking brake from the tub. They'll stay in the area of the bracket on their own but allow the flex you need.

I have EVO Rockstars, too, so I'm tracking you. Are your shocks bottoming out before you hit the stops? If that's the case, you either add bump stop or get shorter shocks. If you need to limit your droop do some limiting straps.

Putting it that way makes perfect sense. No, the shocks are not bottomed out but the droop is too low. Thanks

You could always just add limiting straps.

Look at the brake line lol Looks like I need to do both straps and bump stops. We unbolted the brake line from the frame so I could get over this without ripping it off. The shock is also bottomed out. Crazy flex though ha ha
