Default JK Front Track bar - Can I press out swivel bushing?

Not sure if the front frame side track bar bushing on my 12 is a new thing or same on all the JK's, but the sleeve / bushing is much thinner walled than the other 3 track bar bushings (traditional rubber) and as such when I torqued it down (by hand) this last time it deformed because the bracket had already gone a bit oval from the 14mm bolt problem...

What I'm wanting to know is can I have the swivel bushing pressed out and then press in one of my spare bushings from the rear track bar? Need to get this rig back on the road. Cheers!
