Default 37" tires rub A LOT (3.5" RK lift + Bushwaker flat fenders) - how to fix it properly

Just installed the kit and it rubs very strong in the rear wheel wells when flexing. I realize that cutting is required, but I would like to get advice from you guys on how to do it right. This is a Rock Krawler 3.5" Long Arm kit.
As you can see, the metal pieces of the body are already bent and it also rubs on the edges of fenders as well as the inner linings. Rubbing happens only in the back of the rear wells, no problem in the front portion of them or in the front wheels.
Should I cut the inner linings or remove them altogether ?

You are probably going to want to cut back your rock rail and trim your pinch seam. I removed my inner liner completely when I did my flat fenders, just hit it w a coat of Berliner when your done!

After I did the above, I had no more rubbing issues....

Just a thought, how about a BL and limit your up travel with extended bump stops? That's what I did on my 08 just to minimize the amount of cutting on a new Jeep.

Default Bumptops

From your second picture it looks like you are even rubbing the very top of the inner liner. What size bumptop you running in the rear? I would also trim a litle of that rubi rail off.

The liners will pull out not much holding then in. Switch to a flat fender or cut factory should solve some of the issue. Are y'all running extended bumpstops?

I have the 3.5 mid arm flex kit, not sure how it differs from the long arm. All I had to trim was my pinch seam, and my sliders.

I am running the factory fenders and have none of the issues you are having. Possibly a bump stop issue?
