Default Sloppy track bar holes. Now what?

After removing my front bolts to install the grade 9 shoulder bolts. I found my holes on the flagger nut side are noticeably larger than my new bolts.
I have never had death wobble but i have a definate wobble/shimmy when hitting pavement seams/joints. I assume this could be my cause. Are you guys welding the grade 8 washer to fix this? What about the back side where the flagg nut is, how can you weld a washer back there?
The other side had minimal wear. Also the threads wore into my trac bar. Does the threaded grooves in the track bar require a new bar?

I think in plan mans death wobble right up there is something about welding grade 8 washers around the holes if this occurs. Search for the answers you seek.

you got the washer route
replacing the entire bracket route
redril the bracket and trackbar et go with a biger bolt route

I got the same issue, better verify the stering dampener bracket also, it got the same problem for me.

will do the washer part I think

How can someone weld the washers on the inside of the bracket where the flag nut was?

I don't know yet, I did not take a close look at it but was thinking of a buffed down washer
