Default 2012 cold air intake review

I'm in the market for a cord air intake. I want to improve low end torque and and sound. I like the design of the air raid system for the 12' it has a high intake point just like stock box and the dyno sheet looks like it would improve the low rpm torque. Any one have experience 2012 CAI. Are they worth it?

Also interested in this. Was looking into AFE, Banks, and Airaid. Also looking at throttle spacer from each one.

I got the Airaid here...Get it...Love the sound...Noticed a difference...Definetly can't hurt...
Pretty easy install - straight forward...

I read both cold air intakes makes a difference and there a waist of money. Who has a CAI on there 12? Any one out with real world dyno results or soild evidence that they work.

I have the afe stage 2 in my 2011. Sounds good at WOT. Not much of a difference in mpg. Be carefull in water. Next time I go wheelin I'm going to put my stock air box back on for the day just to be safe

CAI's and throttle/plenum spacers help a little but most people would not notice the difference in power or gas savings. Combined with a bunch of other mods they do help more, but then it has already become a high price for very modest gains. I am just going to throw an aftermarket air filter on and be done with it.

Spacers will raise your rpm band more than anything else generally by 200-300 rpms. Example would be 200rwhp at 4000rpms now becomes 200rwhp at 4200rpms.
