Default Post lift Question: Are rear sway bar links installed correctly?

After looking at the rear sway bar, it doesn't look right. They look awfully angled. Are the new RC sway bar links installed correctly?

FYI, I followed how it was when stock:
The top nut is installed out the bracket while the bottom nut inside the bracket...if you know what I mean.
Apparently, there are no mention about which way the links go in the Rough Country instructions.

Just by looking at them, I can tell they are installed wrong.... looks like you should have attached the bolt on the other side where it attaches to your sway bar.
