Default OME HD 620 2.25" Lift Height

I know this is a tricky question, but does anybody have real world lift height numbers for the rear OME HD 620 springs?

I've been running 3" TF coils up front with 2" TF coil spacers in the rear which had me setting perfectly level. Then I added a aftermarket rear bumper and tire carrier, which now has me setting high in the front. My next purchase will be an expedition rack so my weight is going to keep going up. I have an opportunity to pick up the 620s cheap.
