In april I got rid of my Teraflex mid-width front bumper because even that was too wide for my taste and the trails we run. I have zero negative comments about the EVO 1/4 pounder, love everything about it! One of the best approach angles possible with this bumper.

My 1/4 pounder and stinger should be here tomorrow. So pumped!!

I saw quite a few bumpers while in Moab for EJS and liked this one the best.

I'll post up some pics after the install (hopefully this weekend).

Big M,
If you are installing it yourself, and I KNOW you are..... Have patience with the bolts for the winch at the very front on either side, you need hands the size of a three year old. If you don't have a ratcheting box end wrench in that bolt size, go borrow or buy one, you need something really thin that ratchets. A trick I used to tighten the front two bolts was to actually tape the bottom side of the wrench so the bolt couldn't slip thru while I turned it about a 1/78th of a turn at a time until it enough threads took purchase to where I could put some real turns on it. It also helps to use Mel Wade's name in vain, with a couple of "F" bombs and a few "really"s thrown in too. Unfortunately almost all recessed winch bumpers are this way. Good luck, post photos here and on the other site too brother!

LOL! Thanks for the heads up and advice. Guess I'll see what I come up with as it sounds like my sausage fingers will not cut it.

Got it installed this weekend...mostly. Still need to drill the 6 holes for the top plate, wire up the winch and rotate my swaybar motor out of the way. GCM is right about the install. Took some time but not too terrible...probably because I was prepared for it.

I think it turned out pretty sweet!
