Ordered something 3 weeks ago, and have not heard anything from them. I have left voice messages and a few emails asking for a friendly status...and have had no response....
Just wondering if it is time to call my credit card company.....hmmmm?

 

Never heard of them, hopefully you get some resolution soon, 3 weeks with no contact is pretty poor. I'll stick to Northridge, Q-tec, 4WD.

 

Hated to do it..but called credit card company, and they advised me to dipute the charge...(now they are taking care of it...)
I'm all about giving people the benifit of doubt...Hopefully this business will realize they need to improve their customer service practices. All it would of taken was a simple email or phone call to tell me they have not forgotten, it is on back order....or something....

 

i ordered some t-shirts from stroppe that went through skinny pedal, everything worked out fine, quick delivery.

 

I let the CC company know that I am still interested in my Order, if they follow through with it.....So far I have heard nothing....
Hopefully this is just a fluke.....

 

Thought I would let everyone know the company followed through with a little nudging...I received my door hangers today.....they look to be solid. Will post picks once this Lil project is done....calling the credit card company next to let them know all is well.

 

I just ordered some of their door hangers as well, we'll see how it goes.

Order shipped the same day via Fedex, I should have my brackets sometime next week.

 

I had my jeep built up at Skinny Pedal while I was deployed. The owner Josh is really knowledgeable and produces great products. He constantly has different builds in the shop, so getting work done will take a little time but you will be satisfied with the out come.
