Default Trektop NX difficulty poll

Saw someone else mention they were curious who was having more difficulty with the install of this wonderful top, the Jk's or the JKU's. Since I just got done installing mine (minus the parts that need to stretch before it can be finished) I figured I'd go ahead and start a poll.

And here's a little proof that I actually installed it:

I have the NX on both my JKUs (1s the wife's) and both were easy to install. Will admit the tail gate bar sucks!! On one I left the factory bar, on mine I installed snaps like WOL did for his... Much easier!! Love the top

Default Issues attaching header bar

Top was tight even after letting it sit out for a while. I dodn't wanna close for the first two days then i had to get creative... I love now though, but the headache at first really sucked.

Ordered the OEM tailgate bar even before the Trektop was delivered. Tried out the Bestop version first and it was ridiculous. OEM went on without issue and works like a charm. Highly recommend switching it. Simple twist and it's open/closed. Bet you could open it with one hand now. Still no leaking.

Where did you order it from, and for how much?

No problems here. Everything went on great. Wish i had left it in the sun a little longer before install but it went on fine. Now that its stretched i have put it on and taken it off with the weather several times and it's great. love it...
