Default 1800 Miles and a Garage Full of Mods...

OK that didn't take long...

2012 Manual 6 Speed JKU
3.21 gears

Ordered:
Rock Krawler 2.5 Max Travel
Front and rear Bilstein 5100's
17x9 V-Tec Raptor -12MTB
315/70R17 GY Duratracs
Teraflex bump stops
AEV ProCal

Everything is in the garage but the lift kit...of course it worked out that way, so I have to stare at those wheels and tires every time I drive. I'm pretty sure I have all the tools I need. I held off on re-gearing as I wanted to see just really how bad it is with the new engine. Looking forward to getting it all on! I'm sure I'll get hung up on something during the install and start firing off threads...

I too have the 3.21's with the six speed manual

Please keep us updated, valuable first hand info would be great!

I had the same thing happen to me. Then the hard part was trying to get enough time to get started on the build. I went long ARM so I had to do a lot of cutting and grinding. It was all worth it. Though couldn't be happier.

Will do. I just couldn't find anything definitive with the 12s, so I figured I would find out for myself. I know re-gearing the 3.21s has added costs because the carrier (?) is too small to handle bigger gears on the D30. Hope to have it all done in a couple weeks.

make sure to get some type of exhaust spacers/extended piping or drive shaft to minimize the drive shaft issue up front.

i have 2 dr 2012 and all i am waiting for is my 1310 coast f/r drive shafts... I have teraflex exhaust spacers but will probably not use with aftermarket d/s installed

How big of a lift? I'm under the impression that if the lift isn't above 3" then there are no issues. Once I get everything on I will have a look and see if there is any contact.
