Default Suggestions on 35' tires!

Looking around the forum and going through 19+ pages of information, I thought I'd just bite the bullet and ask. I apologize as there probably is a ton of threads on this topic

Going to do a 2.5 lift and looking into 35's which will be mounted on Procomp 7105's (17x9). Looking for a decent quiet tire with an aggressive look that'll perform good in snow. I keep seeing that a few of the tires out there are great for off road mud etc. but don't perform as well in colder/snow climates.

I really like the Toyo MT's but also looking at Procomps, Goodyears, BFG's and Nittos. My jeep is my daily and will see some off roading.

Any direction would be great! If there is a thread started with information (Sure there is but Im in dumb mode and probably read over it) please toss up the link!

Sorry for the boring thread! ha Thanks in advance for any replies!

I just got 315/75/16 toyo's and can't wait for them to wear down to buy another set of duratracs. Really doubt I will ever buy a different set of tires again I've become the worlds biggest duratrac fan boy.

Goodyear Duratracs. If you can find them, they should meet your needs (I've read where production has stopped for this year). I bought them specifically to handle the snow and have been quite impressed with them all around.

If you were closer, I would sell you mine as I am likely moving to 37"s soon.

After couple different sets of Goodyear's over the years I refuse to by them any more.
The BFG's have been great tires, 3 sets of offroad tires all different versions and just put BFG's on my motorhome since I have been very happy with them.

That being said on the BFG's, I just change my 35" KM2's for 37" Toyo M/T's, it's only been a couple of weeks and I Love the Toyo's. Ride is great, quite and can't wait to hit the trail with them.

My big deciding factor to trying the Toyo's and getting away from the BFG's, all the guys that I have found with industry contacts and knowledge are running the Toyo's on all there personal rigs. And so far I can't say that I am disappointed.

Thank you guys for the feedback! Still have a few days to order (Figure they won't ship till Monday).

Thinking of leaning to either Toyo's or those Nitto Trail Grapplers.

Those Durtec's seem to be getting good reviews all over!

Know that Toyo and Nitto are owned by the same parent company, I have been told when you go to the warehouse one side is Toyo and the other is Nitto. Also notice the tread is very similar, in talking to the guys that I purchased my tires from, they recommended the Toyo's over the Nitto's and not because the Nitto's are a bad tire, very close call between the to. I would post the name of the shop but they don't advertise on the form and not sure if I can. If I get an ok I would post the shop in a second, my buddy that is a manager at another large national chain tire dealer was still $300 more than what I paid with out an inside buddy for pricing.

Duratracs sound like exactly what you want. They really are a good tire on and off the road, and I don't think there's a better AT for snow. Toyo Open Country MT's or Nitto Trail Grapplers are also well respected around here if you want something with a little more rock/ mud performance.
