Default Remove crash bar?

Looking to get the JCR stubby bumper next month and was wondering whether or not to remove the stupid looking crash bar? Or, get the skid plate.

A skid plate in that location is usually meant to protect the electronic sway bar disconnect motor on a JK Rubicon. It looks like you have a Sport, so I don't see any benefit to adding a skid. Break out the sawzall!

On a lifted Jeep, the crash bar is a quasi-compatabiliy bumper.
