It is 'stock' to the black ops edition specifications. All I did was add the bumper & winch. Sure it isn't a "stock" wrangler with no lift or tires like the other models, but it is 'stock' for a black ops wrangler.

the jeep did not leave chrysler that way even as a "black ops" edition. The dealer added the lift and wheels if you bought it from a dealer that way, not chrysler corp.

Maybe its one of the rare black ops "Rubicon This" packages....
Serious though man, it didnt come from the factory that way. It came stock with the same tires as the stock Rubi and the black ops package was basicly a blacked out JK with stickers. Oh, and by the way, black ops was only offered in a 2011.
