Actually it is all stock except front bumper & winch. It came with lift and 35" Hankook Dynapro MT tires on it.

That would be after market. You may have bought it that way but it did not leave the factory that way.

It is 'stock' to the black ops edition specifications. All I did was add the bumper & winch. Sure it isn't a "stock" wrangler with no lift or tires like the other models, but it is 'stock' for a black ops wrangler.

the jeep did not leave chrysler that way even as a "black ops" edition. The dealer added the lift and wheels if you bought it from a dealer that way, not chrysler corp.

Sorry man, think what you want. Black ops is just like every other wrangler it just comes from factory with different "accessories" . They are NOT spec'ed with lifts and 35s.

Maybe its one of the rare black ops "Rubicon This" packages....

Serious though man, it didnt come from the factory that way. It came stock with the same tires as the stock Rubi and the black ops package was basicly a blacked out JK with stickers. Oh, and by the way, black ops was only offered in a 2011.
