Default lift advice anyone please:-)

Looking to put a lift on my new jk. Would like to hear some suggestions on products, ride and hieght. I'm thinking 3.5" or 4" lift. I've checked out Quadratec and 4wheel parts, looks like there is tons of options.
Any help greatly appreciated.

Here is some useful info:

TeraFlex make some good kits. I would recommend a more complete short arm kit with some decent shocks.
Or if you have the means, a long arm kit is far better.

If you call quadratec and mention jk forum they will give you free shipping as well. I haven't ordered anything heavy over the phone yet though.

Just remeber when going with a larger lift like what you are talking about, dont try to be cheap. I got the most basic 3.5 inch lift I could, and kind of regret it. More complete kits will make you much more happy because it should help you avoid bump steer and flighty steering etc ( My lift was made by rubicon express, and im not thrilled with it, but that might be because I got the cheapest one.)
