Default I spent some time with my jku this weekend

I Decided to do the grille mod and do the windnoise repair on the top.The top repair cut down wind noise by 90% or better and I think the grille mod turned out really good. Next weekend I hope to spend some time with her again installing my 3.5" lift . Here is some pics of the finished grille.

I put foam weatherstrip under the material on the lip were it contacts the windshield frame seal . Jeep has a bulletin out to replace the top header but the foam tape is way cheaper. There are a bunch of threads on the forum about this repair.

If you search grille mod alot comes up . I just used the spray on bed liner from auto zone i cant remember which one but it was the more expensive one thet sell in a blue and white can maybe duplicolor , one thing ii learned was watch ur finger on the spray nozzle if it is hangin over the front of the nozzel you will get splatters bad.
