So I found this bumper and tire carrier on Craigslist and can't decide if it's a good deal or not..... He wants like 475 for it but it's missing another 150$ worth in parts....he says it's never been installed or anything. Is it worth it to pick it up and go get the missing parts..... I'm in no rush to get a new bumper but I saw the price and it's better then the $800 it would cost to buy new.... What do you think?
