Default Rough Country Lift Quality??

I am in the process of ordering front end components, wheels, tires, lift kit, etc. My JK will rarely see trail work. It is primarily a daily driver but it will see some offroad mud due to helping on our family farm and deer hunting.

My local dealer recommends that I run a Rough Country 3.25" lift for my application. I would like to hear from guys that have worked with this stuff as to what the quality is like with Rough Country. Are they a good company? Are the products good enough for what I am looking to do?

Thanks for the help!

If there is one thing I know from running a Rough Country lift on my TJ Rubicon is they stand by their product, and their customer service staff are a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent company to deal with. With excellent customer service. I have put over 6,000 miles on RC 3.5 series II and I'm still in love with it. Drives just as good as stock.

They've had serious steel issues in the past due, in part, to using a Chinese foundry. I personally would never own or recommend their products. For just a street lift though, it might be fine...

You'll be fine. Most of the bad comments about their products are from people who have never run their stuff. If you do a search and spend a few hours you'll see that the people who actually run RC lifts have zero problems. For the price no other kit can compare. I have the 2.5 inch sitting in the living room and tires just came in installing it on Saturday.
