Is there a way to use a (retractable) seatbelt harness in combination with the stock front seats. I have a 4 door JK and like to use the harness while off road and use the stock seatbelt while on road. Anyone has done this? Where did you attach the rear part of the harness to?

Yes i have seen those. But the installation instructions are not very clear. I am afraid the headrest is to weak to lead the rear part of the harness, especially with strong sideway movements.. Let alone roll overs.
