Default TF 2.5" Coil Lift Issues...opinions wanted

I'm thinking I may have some issues with my lift, but looking for second opinions. I must say, I'm probably one of the few, but I'm not sold on my setup lifted. Love the way it looks, but ride quality is something to improve on. You can see my specs below and I know there are areas I could upgrade, but we'll get to that.

First of, I'm really curious if my springs are ok? The front springs appear to be sagging to the point where the bottom coils are resting on top of each other.. The back is similar, but not as bad. Funny thing is, there is not extra weight up front. Is this normal? (see pic below)

Next is ride quality. Dang my ride is rough... I'm chalking this up to; the springs are more rigid than stock, something has failed in the lift, not having CAs really does make a huge difference, or the Load E Trailgrapplers are stiff as hell. I'm not sure which one it is, but would like feedback. TF has already replaced my shocks when all four that came with my lift last year failed. When i go over rough asphalt my whole vehicle rattles, it doesn't even feel as if the springs/shocks are absorbing anything. Which is funny because I can go over curbs, rocks, obstacles at 5 mph and LOVE IT, but on road, it sucks...

Let me know your thoughts, I'm trying to decide what to do next.

Those coils look fine to me. Have you added any bumpers/extra weight to your jk? What psi do you have in your tires? Having a set of adj front lower CA will help how it handles/rides.

I have had my tf 2.5 coil lift on for over a month now and I love the ride. I have shock extensions and I am still using the stock tires, so really just the springs are new. I actually like the on road manners more than I did before the lift. Did you put the lift, shocks, and tires all on at the same time?

only extra weight is AEV rear tire carrier. PSI 28. Will front lcas help with the harshness of the ride? it isn't flighty, just hard.

Would love a photo of your front / rear springs for comparison?? Everything got installed at once, however, I added 1" spacers and replaced the shocks in februrary.

I am not sure what you are feeling... I have had nothing but good experience's with my TF lift.
(But I did upgrade from Rough Country) -

My ride is no doubt firmer than stock, but in more of a sporty way... I guess.
Not really harsh at all.

I added spacers as well, and threw some AEV C.A. Brackets into my setup and it helped quite a bit.

However, my front has settled below the recommended height that AVE recommends, and subsequently
the excessive caster has chewed up my tires. For $100 it IS a great improvement, just make sure you
are high enough.

Your CA bushings may be in a bind.

How long have you had this lift?
Do you have a axle or frame mount rear trackbar bracket?

Did you torque everything in the air or with the Jeep on the ground?

Did you loosen all the upper and lower control arms and track bars and re torque them to spec when you added the spacers and shocks??

1-Teraflex shocks aren't the best. A Bilstien would help.
2-The axle mount bracket functioned better for me.
3-Loosen and retorque the CA's on the ground with
. . the weight of the jeep on the suspension.

I've had the lift on for about a year and a half. I'll see if I can get decent cell video on my way home and post...
