Buy them....I live in az so not sure, but they are bad ass...definitely only a few run em that I see here. I'll have the fronts soon. Ripped off the front fenders
On my rig to chop the factory flats in the meantime now I'm digging that

Yes, they r legal in tx. Yes, I u google search them, there is a guy that was giving step by step instructions, with photos. Sorry, didnt save the link. They are bad azz though, and I am getting mine at the end of August.

Almost went with those but were just too pricey.. went with the BW flats instead. I wouldn't really worry about the legal issues though..
