Default Removing cargo rack - cover plates?

I have just transferred a Wildboar Cargo Rack from one jeep to the other, and naturally there is a noticable amount of wear on the window pillars where the rack was mounted for 3 years (and hauling a boat around) on the first Jeep.

I assume that others have removed their Cargo Racks in the past (whether Wildboar, Gobi, Congo, or another) which mount to the window pillars, and I was wondering if anyone has ever found a cover plate to just quickly bolt on where the rack was mounted to cover up the wear signs?

I was thinking about getting a bodyshop to finish the areas, but it seems a waste to go to that extent for a 1x4 inch area on a vehicle that gets dinged up offroading - yet the wear signs are ugly enough that I don't want to just leave it "as is".

Thanks.

Thanks. I will look into that. I'm not familiar with the process, but I'll do some searching.
