Default Considering 37s...

So one day I purchased 35s for my JK and at first I loved them but the other day a guy drove passed me with 37s and now I’m considering them. Darn you guy with 37s…

I have an 09 Rubi 4dr with a AEV 3.5 inch lift that’s been regeard. I plan on buying C gussets as well as new fenders but what else is criticle for running 37s? By the way my JK is used for daily driving and some minimal off roading, nothing to crazy yet.

Any help would be aewsome.
Thanks

I have the same lift with a lot of added weight (front bumper with winch, rear bumper w/ tire swing and full size spare, rock sliders, etc.) and Toyo Open Country MT's to boot at 92lbs each.

You'll love them is all I gotta say.... what else you wanna know? Definitely weld on gussets. You said you got gears, what ratio? You get a new front driveshaft yet? Trim the pinch seams in the rear too.

This may be a dumb question but do you just need to weld c gussets up front? Or does the rear need it also?

After you put them on you will need to check if the tires rub on shocks or body frame when turning hard. I just put 37 mtr's on and my new wheels are 4.5 back space and is a bit to much so I have to put a spacers on so the wheels sit out from the body. I have to cut pinch seam, changed fenders and cutting rear bumper. Other than those changes I love the new size. I was running 35 inch wheels before. They really make a difference offroad. You will love them.
